NORAKER\u00ae<\/sup> is committed to meeting the needs of its employees and the duties of today’s society. The well-being and safety of its employees are essential and important issues. NORAKER\u00ae<\/sup> encourages cohesion and transparent, authentic working relationships for its employees. This starts with the structuring and development of human resources. Several projects are currently underway, such as the development of an HR policy to support employees on a day-to-day basis and ensure fairness for all. NORAKER\u00ae<\/sup> invests time and energy in the integration of its new employees. As they make their way through the integration process, new employees meet with various members of the teams, to immerse themselves in the company’s culture and values.<\/p>
