SOCIAL POLICY COMMITTED
NORAKER® is committed to meeting the needs of its employees and the duties of today’s society. The well-being and safety of its employees are essential and important issues. NORAKER® encourages cohesion and transparent, authentic working relationships for its employees. This starts with the structuring and development of human resources. Several projects are currently underway, such as the development of an HR policy to support employees on a day-to-day basis and ensure fairness for all. NORAKER® supports each of its employees, step by step, through annual interviews, training plans, social dialogue and close relationships with managers.
NORAKER® relies on 3 essential levers :
RESPECT
RECOGNITION
GROWTH AND SHARING
Better management of diversity in the workplace and employee commitment are at the heart of new concerns.
NORAKER® is committed to the principles of equal opportunity, equal treatment, parity and non-discrimination. The premises are accessible and adapted for people with reduced mobility. Members of the CSE are involved and ensure that everyone’s rights and safety are respected.
NORAKER® invests time and energy in the integration of its new employees. As they make their way through the integration process, new employees meet with various members of the teams, to immerse themselves in the company’s culture and values.
For several years now, NORAKER® has been welcoming young apprentices and trainees in various professions, to pass on knowledge and skills, support them and help them grow. Whenever possible, they are offered the opportunity of a first professional experience.
FLEXIBILITY AND BALANCE
NORAKER® offers its employees freedom in terms of time management. It is possible to benefit from greater flexibility, particularly with regard to working hours, to better reconcile private and professional life, and to take advantage of teleworking days for positions that allow it.
A PLEASANT WORKING ENVIRONMENT
NORAKER® also means working in a pleasant, safe and soothing environment, in particular through eco-gestures in our eco-offices, and ensuring and preventing employee safety through the involvement of members of the Works Council.
